We've taken the hard work out of this cooked our delicious spiced beef for you. Sold as whole logs by the weight. This is a bespoke slow cured recipe by Tom Durcan, hand coated in a mix of pimento, clove & cracked black pepper spices for a rich aromatic flavour.
